Hungry children cannot learn and hungry people cannot work. And the best meaning plans or programs cannot succeed until the most basic human need/right has been met... and that is access to an adequate supply of NUTRITIOUS FOOD. Green Gecko spends $1000 per week on rice, meat, fresh vegetables and fruit, not only for the 70+ children we feed 3 times a day, but also for the nutrition packs we provide their families each Saturday. We would love you, or a group of your family and friends to become one of the 52 sponsors we need every year to provide the nutrition the Geckos needs to thrive!
